  I went to Dunkin’ Donuts on Sunday and was honestly shocked by the way I was treated. The employee (a woman with long, dirty blonde hair) was extremely rude for no reason. She threw my donuts into the bag, rolled her eyes, and then slammed the bag on the counter. I wasn’t given any explanation or reason for the attitude, which made the experience even more frustrating. As a paying customer, I expect basic respect, and this was the complete opposite. I even regret leaving a tip after that interaction. Because of this experience, I will not be returning

  Horrible place went way down hill. 1 car in line around 630 am. Have to wait 10 minutes for no reason. Order is always wrong. Ordered on the app last 5 times. Something is always missing. Workers just stand around. Play on their phones. Attitude from workers. Gid forbid they have to work. New person at night rap music blasting obscenities. Great for little kids that go in. The kid gets a attitude because he had to make a ice coffee. The management team needs to go and rehire people that want to work. I'll never use thus dunkin again I think corporate needs a call

  Great service every time I come through. The young man at the window is always kind, on top of my order, and even remembers me. Makes my morning every time. Highly recommend this Dunkin!

  Staff was busy doing things that could have waited like emptying a milk machine one glass at a time while on her cell phone waited 15 minutes before they came to counter service or training really socks this took place 10/16/25 at 6: 45 pm
