I was a walk-up single, just looking for some time in a bay at the mid week 1/2 off discount. I started playing in a bay that already been booked for a party of 8, so they moved me saying that it was just a mistake. They said they would make it right. No problem. I play for 90 minutes. I get the bill and pay without looking but later realized I was charged again by mistake, full price, after moving. I didn’t catch it until the end. The server brought it to a manager (I wish I had asked for his name). Not only did he refund the additional charge, but I did not realize he had already discounted the already 50% off, to another 50% off for having to move me. Two minor inconveniences to me, we’re repaid by 2 major discounts by TopGolf. In today’s word of bad customer service, this TopGolf location shocked me with amazing customer service. Thank you TopGolf RI… I will be back!
