  The bread was doughy the people there have really bad attitudes not enough ingredients on sandwiches do not go there if u wanna get snapped at

  Literally don't go here the lady currently working here is always complaining in front of customers, overcharging food, and it's extremely awkward to order a sub

  This Is going to be long, sorry! I went in around 8 pm and ordered the "Meal of the day". ($6.99). Now, I did get a Gatorade instead of a fountain drink so that bumps the $6.99 price to $7.49. My sandwich was made and my order completed and I left. when I opened my bag to eat my food, the receipt inside said I was charged $11.33. No big deal, accidents happen, I went back to the store for a refund of the difference. The employee said that he had charged me for the foot long instead of the six inch, again, no big deal. Then he tells me that they can't do refunds but he can make me another 6 inch sub. (I'm working Uber, so I definitely don't want another sandwich). He said if I wanted the refund he would have to make some calls. (This is ridiculous, how can you leave an employee alone that can't do refunds) I say ok, I can wait. After about 20-25 minutes they finally get the owner of the store on the phone. The employer says they voided the sale and now they want me to pay again for the meal! I said I don't have enough to pay again for the meal because the "refund" isn't on my card yet. The employe after some back and forth with owner says I can either pay again for the meal or givey meal back to them or they will call the police and report the "theft"! I was trying very hard not to cause a scene but after the employee told me that he would hate to see me on the news for the theft, I asked to speak to the owner (who was still on the phone) The owner refused and again repeated my options of pay again, return the meal or call the police! I went to my car, gathered the meal and dropped it on the counter! This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever had happen to me in my life!! if your employees aren't trained, don't leave them alone! And if someone has an issue and spends 40 minutes trying to get a $4 refund, just give them the meal for free! I hope this place gets shut down! If I could give zero stars I would.

  My dad would only let me take him to THIS subway, as he said the others in Cranston do not make sandwiches as good as these folks. They were very nice and helpful too. So as fast food goes, good experience, friendly staff!
