I.ll be shopping elsewhere from now on. That customer service dept they are very rude. Once in awhile there are some very polite workers there. I.ll add the gas pumps are always broken. Used to be the only game in town. Surprised all the other FOOD stores haven't put this company out of business. This is an actual interaction with an employee there ..SIR DO YOU KNOW WHERE THE FLOUR IS.... RESPONSE..HOW WOULD I KNOW I JUST STOCK SHELVES. A CALL TO STOP AND SHOP... Front desk ladys at customer service always have a face especially if you are using western union or getting a refund for something. When a long line is backing up they get nervous and get mad a certain customers for their transactions. Honestly these ladies need to get it together and stay on the floor if they cant handle high volumes of people lined up

After arguing with 2 employees (including the manager) that yes, they do indeed offer delivery through their app the manager stated that it was my responsibility to contact thier outside delivery vendor to fix the issue. One he was convinced that it was in fact his responsibilty he made some phone calls resulting in me still having to handle the problem on my own. Stop and Shop's corporate offices confirmed the order went to the wrong address. 8 days later I'm still waiting for a refund. Absolute terrible company with horrible customer service that offeres no actual solution to the problem that they caused.
