- NANicole A.Dec 22, 20251.0***Go to Seekonk, MA - the staff and manager are so nice there**. I visited on December 21, 2025 for the first time and asked for an extra Caesar dressing for my salad. A woman behind the counter in a green shirt, did not respond verbally, grimaced at me, and slid the dressing toward me in a very aggressive manner. The interaction was abrupt, unprovoked, and uncomfortable, leaving me confused as to whether I had done something wrong. About an hour later, I could clearly hear the same employee who is a "manager" loudly yelling on the phone with a customer. She was yelling, “I don’t care—call corporate” and “Is that it? And? And? Are you done?" Immediately afterward, the "manager" returned back behind the open service window and began shouting about hating her job, not wanting to be a manager, and saying that she is only 20 years and this is too much. She also screamed that she does not care if corporate is contacted, and she isn't racist. This outburst was accompanied by visible agitation, including gesturing, and was clearly audible to multiple guests in the dining area waiting at the window and seated nearby. She is a liability.

The dark girl at the counter gave us an attitude since the moment she drove up to the window. We didn't like our chai tea and instead of explaining to us how they make it she gave an attitude then let out a loud scream! So rude, so nasty .
