- BFBarry Fitz1 day ago1.0One of the worst paneras when it comes to customer service. I place an online order and they forgot a bread bowl. I called them explained to them and Nora told me to comeback and they would redo my whole order, (makes sense why sould my soups be cold cause I have to drive back) I bring them the old food but they only give me a bread bowl. 2 cold sandwhiches and 2 cold soups. One sandwhich was a half as well which was wrong. This Panera is bad and management should do some retraining. Just pathetic how rude there employees are allowed to be.
