Late afternoon drop in for this acclaimed come and respected senior citizen. This experience in Rhode Island, Cranston literally shocked me to my core. Although the service in Cranston,RI location of the well-known Dunkin’ Donuts. Let me rephrase what I just said minus donuts. I realized that the word donuts has been eradicated from the signage. Anyhow, my service act said location was, to say it very nicely, was truly sub optimal. No, actually rude buy one of the female employees at this location. I believe I counted seven or eight employees for my advantage point and at the time it appeared, there was a new individual at the register working the register. And when the young lady working there came around front to check on the donuts I believe so she could see the count better. I asked her a couple of questions, one of which was for her assistance at the front counter, either to assist the new gentleman working the register or if she could assist myself in one of the four other people behind me . I was not mean I did not have any Town. I did not swear I merely asked a question. Two questions and my answer is where you’ll just have to wait. I needed to sit down cause I am not able to stand for that long. One Employee came out from behind the back to drop off a coffee to another individual in the restaurant I asked for the manager or owner to come to the table 20 minutes later nothing still. Friends like a patriot in LA have done arrangements for Duncan. I really see no place on earth for this repetitively damaging behavior in the way that your employees speak to customers. People do have bad days. I understand that and sometimes customers are not very nice. I also understand that however, certain employees need a speaking to as I believe most people can be educated, not looking to fire anyone, but I do not as a human being in senior citizen. Tolerate this talking down to and rude being spoken to in a condescending and Kurt tone. Please Duncan speak to your individuals at this moment. I feel like doing a PSA on reasons to avoid Dunkin. Perhaps I will call it my Funkin, slam, damn Duncan. There’s no place for disrespectful behavior to a customer (recurring revenue source) who is merely asking you a question. This young woman was rude disrespectful and even to it appears to be a new employee. She could’ve been helpful to her coworker. Three dollars isn’t a lot except when you multiply it by a number of days a week number of weeks a month and over a year in years when we see behavior recurring in the same location with other customers, we begin to understand that the problem most likely begins with the top of management. This is very disappointing. I would avoid this location if and until behavior management changes. And manage to take seriously with their customers will not just be there forever. The way you treat your customers… More to come

I usually love this branch but recently it’s been going downhill. First, I placed an order for hashbrowns with no bacon, as I am allergic to, but when the server called Kayla added bacon. It was a minor mistake and I told her that I cannot eat bacon, then she proceeded to take off the bacon from the food and throw it out. I am allergic. I stated that I cannot eat bacon or anything that touches it so she proceeded to make it and walked away saying “I’m not doing this today” under her breath. Later when I was in the car eating a grill cheese that I ordered, a literal piece of WRAPPING PAPER was still on the cheese. I went back in and told another worker that was much nicer about it and she continued to remake the grilled cheese. Kayla was on the other side of the branch and said out loud “ I was the one who made the sandwich what’s wrong with it” she left a very bad attitude and said oh instead of simply saying sorry. She was stating that mistakes happen but then lied about saying sorry.

They literally smashed or hasbrowns into a ball in the bag. Burned our sandwiches. And shorted us donuts in our box and didn't even say anything when we picked it up, so overcharged us. Oh and gave us hot coffees instead of ice. Assume it was an angry employee
