But either way that is not my problem as a customer, i don’t expect 5 star treatment but at least a little better quality of customer service or even a little bit of respect of another human. Not only did i get treated badly but once i received my drink, not only was it made wrong but it had baby cockroaches in my drink. Not only is that disgusting but it is completely unsanitary. I’m not trying to be rude of any sort but it should be said to be courteous of not only respecting customers but also respecting sanitary procedures to ensure that nobody gets sick

Asked for a cookie butter latte i get a messed up mocha with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle and the slaped my order sticker on top of the other person then asked for oat in my other coffee and gets whole milk which the person i bought it for cant drink so had to throw it away, every time i go here the coffee is wring and they swear its right
