  i want to share my experience with this dunkin as hopefully a constructive criticism type of way, but i go to this location once in a while, I greet the employees and they always are either very standoffish or very tired of there jobs. But either way that is not my problem as a customer, i don’t expect 5 star treatment but at least a little better quality of customer service or even a little bit of respect of another human. Not only did i get treated badly but once i received my drink, not only was it made wrong but it had baby cockroaches in my drink. Not only is that disgusting but it is completely unsanitary. I’m not trying to be rude of any sort but it should be said to be courteous of not only respecting customers but also respecting sanitary procedures to ensure that nobody gets sick

  The absolute worst dunkin in ri, i dont even know why i bother going here. Asked for a cookie butter latte i get a messed up mocha with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle and the slaped my order sticker on top of the other person then asked for oat in my other coffee and gets whole milk which the person i bought it for cant drink so had to throw it away, every time i go here the coffee is wring and they swear its right

  Every time I come here my coffee is wrong or gross and I come at different times to try to find the best shift to get coffee but its always wrong. Today at 12 I went in knowing that they are going to have a busy in the drive through and i dont mind waiting. I ordered at latte with oat milk and no whipped cream when i got the coffee it had whipped cream i looked at the tag and again it said no whipped cream so i tell the girl who took my order nice girl with glasses and black hair always so sweet to me. She tells the tall mid size Women with long brown braid who made the coffee that it said no whipped cream. She started to yell at her and say shes not remaking it just scoop the whipped cream off and give it to them so the poor girl gives me the sticky cup with half of my coffee in it. Absolutely the worst employee, she scream it with me standing right behind her and mind you the drive through line was that big when i was there i check they had like 4 cars and just me in there. Im done with this dunkin and will be tell everyone to stop doing business there just go up the street to the garden city dunkin or the dunkin in the gas station up the street who are always nice to me
