Today's incident was particularly disheartening. During our first encounter, he made a pot of coffee that tasted stale. When we requested a remake, the process took so long that we ultimately had to leave for work without our coffee. The second incident occurred on October 10, 2025, at 5:02 a.m. We ordered coffee online, but upon arriving at the store, we found that our order had not been prepared. After waiting for approximately 10 to 15 minutes, the employee prioritized walk-in customers and ignored us. When we inquired about our online order, his response was, “Can you see I’m busy?”—a response that I found to be quite disrespectful. Today's encounter was the final straw. We once again ordered coffee online, and my husband overheard the employee making derogatory remarks about him. My husband subsequently reported the situation to the manager. We have been loyal patrons of this Dunkin' location for a long time, but the behavior of this employee has made our visits increasingly unpleasant. Such treatment, especially before starting our day, is unacceptable. Consequently, we have decided not to return to this Dunkin' again.

They hire zero professional that speak like they come from a street corner and the second shift boy the health department should close them down like a year ago..
