  This location is not half as busy as it would be if it were staffed competently or managed properly. I have given this store at least 3 tries since it opened, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt in the first few months. Every drink I've purchased here has been horrible. Each time, I've had it remade and they were NOT happy about it and made sure I could tell. I had to go to another store for one remake because the espresso tasted so bad. I have had maybe one reasonable interaction with an employee because I knew them from another store. Outside of that, the misery of working here is thick in the air from the moment you walk in. The only thing that causes that atmosphere is poor management.

  No sense of urgency. Coworkers are super slow with BARELY ANY CUSTOMERS TO SERVE.

  Often gets order wrong. Servers are rude and avoid talking to customers and manager does not hold anyone accountable for good service.

  shout out to the Dunkin next to my house! This Dunkin is fairly new and I don't go there so much to wear they recognize me or anything so no special treatment and let me tell you this Dunkin hits every time! Not only are the drinks and stuff always good I've had maybe one or two problems ordering on DoorDash but it was the food and it wasn't really a big deal but for the past couple days I've went there I've been so pleased. Last night I went there and the girl at the drive-through saw my small dog in the backseat and asked if she wanted a pup cup and I said yes and I honestly didn't know how much my dog loved whipped cream until then so I went there again this morning and I ordered at the counter inside so nobody saw my dog and I forgot to ask for one so I ran back in quickly to grab her one and the kid working at the counter asked me if she could eat bacon? I said yes but I was a little confused as to why he asked because I only asked for some whipped cream he literally put a plain old-fashioned munchkin in her pup cup and then sprinkled some bacon on top for her! Like above and beyond isn't the word he must love dogs and I literally loved it so much she gobbled all that pup cup up so quick it was so Cute I love that Dunkin downnn! Thank you guys so much <3

  This place i can't even begin. I order here multiple times because it's quick for me. I'm so happy the other one opened. They always made my wraps wrong. They make my drinks wrong today. I ordered a large refresher, a sandwich and a large hot coffee cream. Only I got there walked inside. The refresher and the sandwich was made but not the hot coffee. After 2 minutes of waiting, a lady walked up looked at my ticket and walked away. And started doing something else. A couple minutes later, a male asked me what I was waiting on. I said a large hot coffee cream. Only he continued to make 3 other beverages on people that weren't even waiting there before he made my large hub. Coffee nowI worked fast food for years on years.If somebody is waiting for something and they're there in front of your face you make them what they're waiting on, just so that they can leave.You don't make other people's items while they're not even there waiting.That was unbelievably rude.You don't ask me what i'm waiting on, and then I tell you, and then you don't even make it.I will not be going back there.They suck so bad they're so uncoordinated, and they need to be restaffed. I don't get how a place like this can be run.So badly, they need a new management team.
