I've been coming here for years due to the location but the past three years it keeps getting worse... There is usually a shortage of basic menu items (e.g. carne asada, steak, guacamole, rice, roasted veggies) due to staff not managing food prep timing properly. They also struggle with cleaning the tables. Come on Chipotle, up your game! If you don't want franchises, you gotta provide some accountability.

At least 50% of the food options were empty - no chicken, no fajita veggies, no guacamole. I asked for chicken and the server looked at the “cook” and he said. No. And shrugged his shoulders like he couldn’t care less. My bowl was literally half full due to not having half the ingredients available. Something to note is that they were not short staffed. Far from it. A lot of staff just standing around while the restaurant was filthy and trash overflowed. If you own this franchise I strongly suggest taking a good look at your business before you don’t have one!

I suggest take you’re money to Bajas down the road, they actually make you’re food on time and care about making sure the customer is taken care of.
