  This McDonald's is no longer fast food. You pull up to the first speaker which tells you to proceed to the second speaker. They give you no total at the window and when they do take your money they send you across the parking lot to assign that says Park here but there's literally no parking spot it's the entrance to the parking lot. A large and a small orange juice which is almost $8 in total was served to us watered down but we couldn't tell her right away because we were across the parking lot because we were no longer at the window. We were told 1 minute because the eggs are not done so for 1 minute they send you across the parking lot to make it look like their speed of service is on point when it all reality they have five cars sitting in the parking lot waiting for their damn food. It took longer than a minute like the girls stated and then we had to just keep our orange juice because it would be too inconvenient for us to wait there any longer for her to go back inside and fix the orange juice situation that was all watered down. They don't care about the food they're serving they don't care about the service. All they seem to care about is the speed of service but in all reality and trying to scheme and make it look like you're putting out customers food faster and making them sit in the parking lot it's actually making your speed of service a lot longer than it needs to be. So in trying to deceive the higher up corporates that owned the store making it look like your speed of services impeccable you are actually giving the customer horrible service. McDonald's food is not cheap these days. The next time one of the workers at McDonald's tells me to pull up and wait in the parking lot I'm going to refuse and I'm going to sit at that window and let the time tick. The McDonald's on tiogue Ave and also the McDonald's across from the Walmart in Coventry use the same crappy system and it is not working. I'm sure McDonald's pulls in billions of dollars a day they need to do better

  After a long car trip my fiance & I decided to pull in to eat at this Coventry McDonald's (and also use the restroom after our long car trip). When we got there, the manager rudely and disrespectfully threw all patrons out of the lobby and locked the door....so after being so disrespected like that, my fiance & I went back a little up the road to the Burger King, where we treated with respect and their lobby and restrooms were open to the public...and they got our business (and our money). Next time Coventry McDonald's, treat all customers with respect and not act like jerks then maybe you might not lose customers and money...
