Do it enough times they can pocket the money. Scams honestly. But besides that the donuts have been dry and hard which means their not storing them correctly. I will take the drive 5 mintues down the road to avoid them. Always ask for a recipient there too. Ever since they updated dated it its only been problems. Terrible. Train your employees better.
