    You getting so tired of this place making their own hours they went from 9:00 to 8:00 now 7:00 they close like what the hell

    Don't ever buy gift cards here because they will charge you, tell you they activated all of the cards, and then void the transaction 1 minute later. (And then you will have given the cards out with gifts and look stupid because they all have $0 balances). Also spent 2 hours on the phone with Dunkin corporate trying to solve this, and they told me the franchise manager would reach out to me. They did not. I got a lousy email from Sarah the 'manager' who offered no additional compensation for this entire debacle, except refunding the original gift card amounts. No apology for her employees doing this, and she mentioned that their cash registers are short daily!! People make mistakes, it's part of life, but when you own or run a business, you need to take responsibility for the things that occur there. Find another Dunkin to go to with better customer service, there are plenty of them!

    This Dunkin' is TERRIBLE. The horrendous woman at the drive thru was rude and didn't know her behind from her elbow. The food and drink came out fast, which should have raised a red flag, but I didn't think anything of it. I ordered a hot peppermint mocha signature latte, a croissant stuffer, and an order of everything bagel minis. The PMSL was weak and watered down and my food was cold. I stopped going to this Dunkin' regularly. Figured I would give them one final chance and they failed. Do better, Dunkin'! For a location with a lot of staff, the majority of them don't seem to know what they are doing...

    On Wed 11/19 around noon I went by the drive up window and ordered a simple large hot coffee and a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. As soon as I was handed the sandwich I could feel it was cold, so I pulled into a parking spot and then realized my cheese was ice cold and not melted at all. I then walked in and spoke to a tall younger man, after I said hello I told him my cheese is ice cold, he then looked at me like strangely...I broke a piece off and said feel this. He said well it's a fast turn around place and that how they so they are they are not melted, I then said well I get these all the time and they are usually hot and melted, I said I'm sorry but that's ridiculous, he then gave me a nasty look and said "ridiculous", I said yes when I order a hot sandwich I want it hot with hot cheese not cold cheese. He finally said reluctantly I can make you a hot one and melt your cheese...I'm sorry but is not supposed to have melted cheese? Dunkin' please teach your staff how to melt cheese because yes, that's ridiculous!
