    I’ve gone to this place many times and almost every time I ask for LIGHT ICE they give me a full cup of ICE and not a lot of drink- I only get a few sips(depending on size) don’t recommend going here.

    Just stopped to get a cold brew with no ice. Was told they are not allowed to give no ice unless they don’t fill the cup up and leave a space. While I didn’t agree with this policy I said ok. The space was half. I was given a half of cup. I will never do business with this place again!

    The wors delivery driver in RI. More than 7 times they forgotten to put something in my coffee. The coffee always tastes bad, and you pay for extras and they don't add . Horrible, bad service.

    Will never step foot in this Dunkin again. Where the heck is the manager on duty and how is it acceptable on how this location of being run! Only came here twice. First time was an absolute nightmare!!!!! Line out the door, staff was super rude. All running around without a clue on who ordered what. I was there for about 35 minutes until I finally got my black coffee and wake up wrap. Attempted to go there yesterday because I was in a time crunch and they were the closest place to me. I walked in and quickly walked out. It was a redo of my time before. Line out the door, staff are miserable. Witnessed them scrambling to find out who ordered what while the customers waiting for their orders seemed clearly frustrated and impatient. Seriously, who is managing this place and how is this acceptable????
