I ordered a large refresher with NO ice, and the cup was only filled halfway with the actual drink. In the past, when I ordered no ice, the cup was filled all the way, so this was really disappointing. After the reconstruction and new employees, this location seems much stingier with portions. I definitely did not get my money’s worth. What’s the point of ordering a large if it’s only half full?

Been an on and off customer for years. The attentive staff know my drink, even when I havent been there for a week or more. Sure I've seen my fair assortment of negative treatment of other customers, but I haven't had a negative interaction. I will say, today it would seem they are closing to renovate, there is no signage or postings online that I could find to announce this, which is disappointing. My critique would be to staff more. Over half the times I come in, between 10am-2pm they have 2-3 people in the building, with a line out the door and online orders constantly printing. I feel bad, but they always have a positive attitude towards the customers.

Awful awful awful customer service!!!! Was snapped at and eyes rolled by tall dark skin woman. Wearing a blue shirt and NO name tag!! As a former employee of Dunkin for 7 years, this is not anyway you treat customers. I am in this Dunkin 5 days out of 7, not only do I tip each time, I smile and thank you.

I’ve gone to this place many times and almost every time I ask for LIGHT ICE they give me a full cup of ICE and not a lot of drink- I only get a few sips(depending on size) don’t recommend going here.

Just stopped to get a cold brew with no ice. Was told they are not allowed to give no ice unless they don’t fill the cup up and leave a space. While I didn’t agree with this policy I said ok. The space was half. I was given a half of cup. I will never do business with this place again!
