- RRRealLifeGianaMar 17, 20261.0My grandmother went there for a small coffee and a wrap .. she calls me because she was charged $9. The employee then told her he thought she wanted 2 coffees which she didn’t. When she asked for a refunded the gentleman working said they don’t do refunds. Insane. I tried to call to get it situated for her, as she is elderly and the phone goes straight to voicemail. Terrible customer service. Scamming and ripping off the elderly. Do better.

They offered me options I didn’t know they had and let me know of other choices I could get with my coffee as well. People always complain about the negative service so it’s important to highlight when the service has been great as well. I look forward to going here because it really does brighten my day! Thank you all!

- JJJaksonJan 3, 20261.0I ordered a large refresher with NO ice, and the cup was only filled halfway with the actual drink. In the past, when I ordered no ice, the cup was filled all the way, so this was really disappointing. After the reconstruction and new employees, this location seems much stingier with portions. I definitely did not get my money’s worth. What’s the point of ordering a large if it’s only half full?
