  We ordered two trios, and after paying I noticed on the receipt that an extra $1 had been added to each trio. When I asked about it, I was told it was for upgrading the fries to a large. However, I never asked for an upgrade, and the cashier never asked if I wanted one. She simply said that’s how it’s automatically done by the cash register, which doesn’t make much sense. On top of that, one of the trios was also overcharged. The menu clearly listed the price as $13.19, but the receipt showed $13.89. When we pointed that out, the response we got was that the boss didn't have a chance to change the menu yet. Eventually, a manager/supervisor came out and refunded the $2 difference. I understand that $2 isn’t a huge amount, but it’s still unacceptable to charge customers extra for something they didn’t ask for or agree to. It left a bad impression and made the experience feel dishonest.

  Je tiens à remercier la caissière pour l’excellent service qu’elle m’a offert au restaurant. Elle était très gentille et respectueuse, et elle m’a accueilli avec un beau sourire qui a rendu mon expérience au restaurant plus agréable. Son attitude était très professionnelle et polie. Elle travaillait rapidement tout en faisant attention aux clients et en les aidant avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Un tel comportement donne une très bonne image du restaurant et fait sentir aux clients qu’ils sont appréciés et bien accueillis. Un grand merci à elle pour ce service excellent et pour son joli sourire. Je lui souhaite beaucoup de succès dans son travail. 😊

  Bravissimo un supermegaarchi service et en plus en español wow merci Marlene et Harvey’s pour avoir dans vote équipes une vrai championne très vrai service souriante et Belile communications avec ke public merci bcp Marlène continuez avec ce professionnalisme j’ai bien aimer très forte recommander sur new man Lassalle ❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

  Been buying a salad from Harvey's recently for lunch since I'm supposed to follow a specific diet for a bit. Now I know everyone goes to Harvey's for a good ol burger so salad from Harvey's is a new thing for me. It's been great though. The veggies are always fresh and crunchy, the staff's so sweet and the service is great. What's crazy is that there's a subway across the street and I'd still rather buy a salad from Harvey's than subway cuz it's just better?. Can't wait for this diet thing to be over so I can have some real soul food. Harvey's and Swiss Chalet will always be my go to, especially since they're a Canadian food chain. 10/10 for food and service.

  Mais quelle déception. Si hâte de goûter à la fameuse poutine cornichons frits. Quelle horreur, sincèrement. Premièrement elle était froide, pas tiède là, froide. Le tout baignait dans un kit de sauce et de gras.. mais le pire ce sont les cornichons dessus. Je prends régulièrement les cornichosnfrit du Harveys mais là rien à voir avec ce qui était sir ma poutine. Un mini cornichon tout sec et le deuxième était un bout d'un mini cornichons. Nous étions 3 les 3 ont détesté et nous avons même pas réussi à la manger en entier tellement c'était mauvais. Je ne vous conseil réellement pas cette poutine.. OK on n'appelle même pas ça une poutine
