  4:30 PM – Sunday, February 15 Be careful — they are charging incorrect prices. This place seriously needs better management or just be replaced. I received the worst service from the older lady working that day. I couldn’t pronounce the name of one ingredient because my head was overwhelmed. so I pointed at it instead. She responded, “Next time you tell me the name,” in a rude tone. When I got to the cash, they say their scanner doesn’t work. I couldn’t use my loyalty card or my gift card. That was the final straw. I left abandoning what I ordered. I completely lost my appetite. Update: The next day, I went to Subway in Dollard Newman and ordered the exact same sandwich. That’s when I realized the Angrignon Mall location had charged me for a trio, even though I only asked for a sandwich. No wonder the price was higher. At the Dollard Newman location, the scanner worked perfectly. I was able to use both my loyalty card and gift card without any issue. Be careful when ordering at the Angrignon Mall location and always double-check your receipt.

  Worst experience with this subway….. not even once but twice….the lady is so rude and arrogant…. Didn’t even feel like eating after the order because of her behaviour

  There is no good customer service here. Tge lady does not even smile and keeps on nagging the customer. Food is okay but still the people working are terrible. Never gonna visit ever again here.

  Somehow more expensive than other subways Slow service Limit for sauces allowed Extra charges for some add on (crispy onions) which I have never paid for before No promo coupons accepted

  Dont even want to give one star, the lady was super rude and arrogant, there were still 25 min to closing and she was standing on counter when i went there to order she was like ,stop let me ask if we are still open or close. Then she went in back talk to other ladies came back asking if its only one sandwich i said no its two and she gave me really bad look. And i asked her i need extra patty for my child i can pay for that and she said i will charge you for sandwich even you take only patty. I was like i had it last time she charged me couple of dollars for that not full sandwich. She said no i dont know how to do it it was very disrespectful. If you are serving someone try to find solution instead of saying i dont know . I left without having food (even we were starving)because she was not interested in serving us. Never going back to that subway ever again. Watch out subway get yourself new staff who really care about business not their moods.
