  Bien honnêtement, ce n’est pas la première fois qu’il faut attendre beaucoup trop longtemps pour une commande ici. Nous avions choisi le service à la table, mais au lieu de nous apporter la commande, le personnel criait mon nom dans toute la salle pour que je vienne la chercher moi-même. La moitié de la nourriture était froide. Quand j’ai demandé de la refaire, on m’a répondu qu’il fallait attendre encore 15 minutes. Alors voilà — j’ai eu largement le temps d’écrire cet avis en attendant. ⭐ Très décevant comme expérience.

  Je suis extrêmement déçu par l'attitude d'Isabelle, qui semble pourtant occuper un poste de manager. elle parle aux clients presque comme si nous étions des idiots. ​C'est d'autant plus regrettable qu'en tant que gestionnaire, elle devrait montrer l'exemple à son équipe. Il ne faut pas oublier que c'est grâce à la fidélité des clients qu'un établissement fonctionne et que son poste existe. L'attitude du manager, explique certainement le steak pas cuit, le réservoir de ketchup vide, et la propreté qui laisse à désirer.

  There's something wrong with the people who work here. When ordering burgers (off of Uber Eats), they seem to think it's funny to send the burger with no bun. Just the patty sitting in a container. They've done it the past 3 times now. Nothing in the ad in the app says no bun. Who the hell sells a burger without the bun? So? I got my refund all three times from Uber Eats. Never ordering from this place again. I used to be a regular too, ordering the same thing, until they started pulling this stunt. Oh well.

  Le service dans ce Mc Donald’s n’est pas bon. Si tu veux payer au comptoir, personne vient te service et la dernière fois, il m’ont fait attendre 1 heure avant de payer ma commande. Ainsi, j’ai décidé de ne pas acheter dans ce Mc Donald’s. Dernière chose, les gens au comptoir quand il te donne ta commande, il ne vérifie pas s’il te donne la bonne commande, car la dernière fois ils m’ont donné mauvaise commande. Ils m’ont pas voulu donner la bonne commande et ils m’ont pas remboursé non plus. En plus, c’est chère, maintenant et ils ne te remboursent pas et il te donne la mauvaise commande. Je ne suis pas satisfaite du service.

  The lady working was very rude i have door dash order as per instructions i go on the door which was on side of the drive thru and i ring the bell first time no one come then i press 4-5 times she come and said you don’t break the bell just press one time in very rude tone and then she said come from the front door and i go then she was busy and don’t giving the order i ask for the orders then she said its not ready but on app it shows ready and when i ask how much time it will take she said cancel the order and you can but i politely ask again how much time it will take she said ten minutes an then i came . I just want to request the manager or Macdonald that if the person has higher post he or she has a power to disrespect other people or lower people we know we are international student but we are also still peoples
