I had a disappointing experience at this Thai Express. The woman working at the counter was very impolite and unprofessional. She spoke in a rude tone and didn’t seem to care about customers. I really like Thai Express food, but this kind of attitude makes the experience unpleasant. I hope management can address this and improve customer service.

I ordered Lobster Pad Thai because the picture in their website was really good but when I saw my plate I was shocked bcz there were only 2 small pieces of lobster and a lot of noodles! And it was 25.28 including tax. It was my first and last experience
