As many others mentioned, nobody seems to be enjoying their job and it shows it the service and food quality. A Pad Sew is suppose to have Chinese Brocoli, one of the best parts of the dish. Mine came with 2 tiny pieces of regular brocoli. Yet you still charge the full price of 16.99 with key ingredients missing. Extremely disappointing, and enough to not make me want to go back for a while, until the next craving. By then I hope you will have acted on all the negative comments.

Second, the customer service was trash. I’ve seen the same cashier (girl) on multiple occasions. She doesn’t seem to ever get my order right. She’s very slow and I had to repeat myself multiple times. No sense of welcoming at the restaurant. Everyone seems to be there because they have to work. The cashier never smiles, and the place never seems welcoming. I really love Thai express but I think I’m done giving this location a chance.
