The kid was by himself moving so slowly he would come to clear the number on the tv display for orders being served. The order of the orders got all confused because he cleared it. We were 10 people waiting for our food and i was one of the last to receive my order while being, i believe, the very first to place one. I had to complain 3 times and ask him if he was doing it on purpose because I had originally complained. Definitely the worst mcdonalds experience i've ever had.

An Asian male employee wearing glasses threw ketchup packets onto a tray when an customer asked for ketchup, ignored another customer who asked for ketchup, and then greeted another customer in a noticeably friendlier way right after. This felt like discrimination, and I hope management reviews this and reinforces respectful service for everyone.
