I’ve ordered here many times sometimes I wait a while sometimes it’s very quick but one thing I can say for certain is I always get amazing service from the staff and the food is always perfect I love this McDonald’s!

I used to come to this location at least once a week, but now i'll drive somewhere else.
I decided to order inside around 1pm, while the store was still in it's lunch rush.
It took over 10 minutes to get my food, not because of the rush. It was because one of the managers (different uniforms) decided he was going on break, leaving only 1 employee to prep all the burgers. On top of this I don't know if the employee was new, but the one left in the kitchen was non-chalant and more interested in talking to another coworker than actually making food.
On top of this, a very nice man who's coffee with 1 sugar, no cream got messed up. THREE different employees were around and yet it was someone from the drive thru that came to help the man.
The lack of respect this establishment has for it's patrons is astounding. I have worked at McDonald's before, you are supposed to have about 1.5 minutes to get someone through from start to finish. The employees here bypass this by removing the orders from the screens without having actually given them. Equally in any rush minimum 2 people are supposed to be in the kitchen, but I guess it was more important to have a break.

Si je pouvais mettre 0, je le ferais. Trois commandes passées, trois articles manquants. Le “jamais deux sans trois” est malheureusement bien réel avec ce McDo. Plus jamais je n’irai à cette succursale : c’est du vol.
