- MMMarinaSep 19, 20251.0Mon mari et moi nous avos visité votre boutique 10 minut avant (nous achetons régulièrement du chocolat ici). Il y avait trois vendeurs à l’intérieur, qui criaient bruyamment entre eux et ne réagissaient pas à nous de quelque manière que ce soit, et aucun d’eux n’a dit bonjour ou offert des bonbons d’entrée. Les deux filles suivantes sont entrées, les ont immédiatement saluées et leur ont donné des bonbons, tandis que les filles sont parties instantanément. Après un tel manque de respect pour le client, nous avons perdu l’envie d'acheter votre chocolat! Je n’ai pas besoin de bonbons à l’entrée, mais dis bonjour c’est simple et respectueux. Et donc ça avait l’air discriminatoire ! Mauvais !👎👎👎

Second person walks in and worker girl takes out a sample tray, completely ignores me, and immediately offers a free chocolate sample to customer who just walked in. I asked for a free sample and was given one, albeit reluctantly and with a surly attitude. Word of advice to the girlies who work there: offer up a free sample to everyone who enters as a courtesy. Don’t pick and choose who gets offered and who does not. It really lacks class, and is bad for business.
