Je contacte le resto, on me dit de venir et on va les refaire. J'explique que je suis a 20 minutes et que j'ai commandé, car je ne voulais pas sortir. On me dit de venir le lendemain au resto et que l'on allait refaire les sous-marins. Le lendemain l'assistante gérante a refusée de faire les sous-marins en indiquant que le gérant avait dit de ne pas le faire. Mauvais service à la clientèle, pourquoi quand le resto ce trompe c'est au client à devoir se déplacer... ils pourraient retourner une livraison avec la bonne commande et reprendre les mauvais sous-marins. Aucune offre de compensation, on m'a dit vous les avez mangés et bien c'est tout. J'ai mangé, car j'avais faim pas parce que c'était bon!!! En tout cas, ce n'est pas de cette façon que vous allez garder vos clients.
