Les 2 fois j'ai commander en ligne 1h30 d'avance pour etre certaine que ce soit prêt a mon passage a 18h10 et les deux fois la commande n'était meme pas commencer. J'ai commander a 16h50 et je me suis présenter a 18h10 comme convenue. J'ai finalement eu ma commande a 18h50. Première fois je me suis dit que j'étais mal chanceuse ..que ca peux arriver mais deuxième fois je croit plus que c'est un manque a quelque part des employés! A notez qu'il n'y avait aucun rush il n'y avait personne a l'intérieur et au service au volant !

Attendre au comptoir alors qu’il n’y a personne est inacceptable et pourtant, à chaque fois pareil. Pour accélérer, j’ai essayé la commande mobile et la commande était prête à mon arrivée mais c’était froid et, 2 fois 3, il avait des concombres à la place des double cornichons que j’avais demandé. Un manque évident de formation et de supervision.
