Mais cette fois-ci, j'avais une envie particulière car, je l'avoue, depuis ma première visite chez Harvey's, j'avais adoré le goût de la viande. Je ne le nierai pas. C'est pourquoi j'ai oublié ma première expérience et me suis dit : « Allez, je vais retenter le coup. » J'ai passé ma commande avec enthousiasme, et en l'ouvrant, j'ai compris l'arnaque que représentait ce restaurant. Comment ce que j'avais commandé pouvait-il ressembler, même de loin, à ce que j'ai reçu ? Je ne le recommande pas, du moins pas celui de La Pleine. Je tiens à préciser. J'ai bien reçu mes frites, mes rondelles d'oignon et mes boissons, mais les hamburgers étaient une véritable arnaque. Et ils m'ont donné le reçu, tout brûlé.

C'est fâchant car je m'en rend compte un coup rendu à la maison car je prends take out. Dernière fois, en plus des burgers, mon 7up, c'était de l'eau pétillante. Après 10 minutes, on nous demande d'aller se stationner, car la nourriture est en train de cuire. Nous recevons notre commande 10 minutes plus tard et il manque ma frite. Donc, je rentre en disant que je ne l'ai pas eu et le garçon qui travaille m'obstine sur le fait qu'il m'a donné ma frite en allant jusqu'à regarder les caméras pour voir. Honnêtement, je travaille moi-même en restauration rapide et jamais j'ai vu un employé traiter un client de cette façon. De plus, tu mets ta commande à cuire dès que tu reçois la commande et non 10 minutes après que le client attent.. Tout ça pour dire que les employés auraient clairement besoin de se faire parler!
