- BBBriocheLordJul 3, 20251.0I made a mistake on the app as a first time user and when I called for a refund the one who answered didn’t help at all and proceeded to tell me he will eat the sandwich and that the refund has to be made on the app but after good search nothing came out and the customer service had to refer me back to the restaurant. When I called back he made sure to tell me he had no time to help me and hung up on me. Having gone to subway once in the last year I would never come back and just make sure to be careful of the app because I worked next to one and the app sent my order 3 miles away for that order
