À chaque visite, elle adopte une attitude négative autant envers les clients qu’envers ses collègues. Cette fois-ci, alors que plusieurs clients attendaient, elle réprimandait constamment un jeune employé (visiblement mineur) devant tout le monde, avec des commentaires inappropriés et dévalorisants. L’ambiance était extrêmement malaisante, autant pour les clients que pour les employés. En tant que cliente, je trouve ça dommage d’assister à ce genre de scène. Les remarques professionnelles devraient se faire en privé, et non devant les clients. Le travail d’équipe et le respect devraient être une priorité, surtout dans un environnement de service à la clientèle. Plusieurs clients semblaient aussi mal à l’aise que moi. Ce genre d’attitude enlève complètement l’envie de revenir, malgré le fait que les autres employés semblent faire de leur mieux dans des conditions difficiles. J’espère sincèrement que la direction prendra le temps de revoir cette situation, autant pour le bien-être des employés que pour l’expérience des clients.

C'est pas grave et ća ne dérange pas. 👌 Pas à cause des cassiers. C'est juste parfois s'est un tit peu compliqué pour utiliser l'application dans un system. Anyways, le sandwich et le qualité sont super bon. Les légumes et viandes sont tellement frais. Les staffs sont super calmes. En 2019. L'anciens staffs étaient plus heureux et amitié.
