I ordered a 4 piece meal and it is going on 20 minutes....and still nothing. So, finally, after 55 minutes I got my dine-in meals. Totally unacceptable waiting time. Apparently the staff ran out of chicken, and the had to make more.....but they neglected to tell the 20 people waiting in the restaurant. I asked for a refund around 45 minutes after our order, and apparently they are unable to do refunds. You have to contact the head office by email; how ridiculous is that. It's a good thing I only come to KFC once a year, but never again.
