- AAAlekFeb 1, 20261.0En trois ans à Saint-Jean, nous sommes venus seulement cinq fois, et l’expérience d’aujourd’hui confirme malheureusement pourquoi. Le service a été très décevant. L’employée préparait les sandwiches de façon brusque, sans sourire ni souci du client. J’ai demandé une ligne de sauce Sud-Ouest : elle a vidé près de la moitié de la bouteille dans le sandwich, sans vérification ni ajustement. Nous étions accompagnés de notre fils, qui a une déficience et est non verbal. En tant que maman, j’ai clairement remarqué le regard insistant et malaisant de l’employée envers lui, ce qui est profondément décevant et blessant. Les sandwiches, pourtant passés au four, sont restés environ 10 minutes sur le comptoir avant d’être servis. Résultat : pain sec, ingrédients froids, qualité très loin des standards attendus. Ancienne employée Subway, je connais bien les valeurs et l’éthique de l’entreprise, notamment l’importance accordée au service à la clientèle et au respect. L’expérience vécue aujourd’hui n’y correspond absolument pas. Très décevant.
