I shouldve listend to my gut feeling had I not been very hungry at that moment: - White foam-like substance on the vegetables (cucumbers) - Bread was stale even when toasted - Many reviews pointing out bad hygiene - The employee was not in the Subway when I arrived. He was hanging out (or working) in the barbershop next door, so it may be indicative of employees not tending to basic sanitary tasks and increases chances of cross contamination with barbershop environment.
