- NNNika4 days ago1.0Employees are incompetent; I placed an uber pickup order even confirmed if they added the pickles on the side and was told yes everything is in there, I get home and my burger is not made as requested, on the bill there is a list of items of what to include so I don’t understand how it’s difficult to follow a list especially when all the burgers were made identical.. I asked for sugar and instead got sweet n low sweetener which is very different than sugar as it does not even have the same taste and the fries were soggy. So overall my complete order was a waste of money and extremely dissatisfying. The least the employees could have done was not try to dismiss me and listen when I am confirming my order because had they listened to my verbal confirmations maybe it would have rang a bell and they would realize they actually made my order incorrectly.

I always check my bag before leaving I waited at the window to ask for ranch sauce and I ended up just leaving because every single employee had their backs turned from the window on their phones. This location has become dissapointing.

Je suis père de trois enfants, un de 5 ans, une de 7 ans et un de 14 ans et puisqu'ils n'avait pas faim ils n'ont rien pris et le gérant a demandé a mes enfants de partir du magasin car ils n'avaient rien payer. Je trouve que c'est un manque de respect sourtout que j'ai dit que c'était mes enfants. Mais ils s'en foute. Ils mettais la musique tellement forte que je ne m'entendais même pas Endroit a évité a tout pris. Je déconseille fortement
