  The store stolen money from me . I used the self service terminal and paid my order there. The order number flashed 0.5 seconds before showing an error saying it cant print receipt. After 15 min I asked if the order went trought and the worker said they dont have it in their system. Thus the money was taken from my bank account. Making me pay and it's can't not giving me a receipt is pure robbery. I used the same self service terminal in Sherbrooke the same morning and they had my order in their systeme... Weird.

  il est présentement 1h40 du matin, nous sommes 5 dans un véhicule à moteur. Cela fait 40 minutes que nous attendons au service au volant sans avoir aucune nouvelle du personnel! pire service que j’ai vue de ma vie. vraiment déçu, nous attendions notre McDo avec impatience. Dernière fois pour moi, le gaz est pas chez a st-helene, mais le McDo est à évitée

  Very disappointed with the night shift service. The lady working at night does not know how to deal with customers properly. She was rude and behaved like she didn’t want anyone to come into the store. Customer service should be polite and welcoming, but this was the opposite. Management should seriously look into this.

  Il y’avait trop de monde même un bus de l’armée je pense et malgré ça on a des superbes poutines puis des super plats merci à toute l’équipe c’est ça McDo
