  I usually don’t write reviews but looking at the experiences of some other customers it borderlines on ridiculous. I order a double quarter pounder trio 2 months ago in the drive thru. I get home there’s 1 patty. I don’t feel like going through the hassle of driving back so I accept I paid extra. Go back a month later, order the same thing. I get home and there’s no patties in my double quarter pounder. I LITERALLY order double and get NOTHING but bread. I’m not a fan of robots replacing people for work but I’m making an acception here. Roll out the automation McDonald’s.

  Pas de fraîcheur pour le filet de poisson totalement sec et frites hyper salées avec un arrière goût aigre l huile est elle changée? L employée du "service" au volant remet la commande sans un mot pas de courtoisie C est du n'importe quoi

  Enfin un MacDonalds où on reviendra. Service très rapide sans délaisser la qualité de cuisson de la nourriture. On a commandé en ligne sur l’app dans l’auto 5 min avant, et le temps d’arriver et de se parker, notre commande était prête au comptoir. La cuisson était bonne, les burgers étaient OK, et rien d’oublié dans la commande ou erreurs ! C’est rare au Québec… Et merci pour l’accueil, agréable sourire et gentillesse! Et derriere en cuisine l’ambiance paraissait satisfaisante. Le restaurant était propre également malgré quelques frites qui traînent sur certaines tables, encore quelque chose de rare au Québec ! Merci et bravo !

  Really good customer service, especially at drive thru, always greeted with a hello and a thank you, older order taker is really great , always with a smile. Inside is always clean and service just a prompt

  No MEAT in burger!!!?? I ordered an individual burger and another burger in a trio. I received a burger and another burger with a drink. No fries! I ask them where my fries are at and they say I didn’t order a trio. To avoid problems I just pay for fries separately. I go home. I open my burger. And there’s NO MEAT!! What’s a burger without meat!!? I go back to the restaurant. I ask for meat. And since I went through all the trouble of going home and coming back, I at least want the extra amount I paid for the fries back (the difference between a burger, fries, and drink all separately and a trio - which is what I asked for). They give me the meat but didn’t want to refund me the money they owed me. After 10 minutes of them deliberating between themselves, they decide to offer us a complementary good. I ask for a trio and they say NO!!! We end up just getting a drink and leave frustrated. While driving away they are laughing at us. I get back home. The burger is a disgusting mess of ketchup and mayo. Looks so unappetizing. I threw that slop out! Choose another location. This one is garbage.
