    No MEAT in burger!!!?? I ordered an individual burger and another burger in a trio. I received a burger and another burger with a drink. No fries! I ask them where my fries are at and they say I didn’t order a trio. To avoid problems I just pay for fries separately. I go home. I open my burger. And there’s NO MEAT!! What’s a burger without meat!!? I go back to the restaurant. I ask for meat. And since I went through all the trouble of going home and coming back, I at least want the extra amount I paid for the fries back (the difference between a burger, fries, and drink all separately and a trio - which is what I asked for). They give me the meat but didn’t want to refund me the money they owed me. After 10 minutes of them deliberating between themselves, they decide to offer us a complementary good. I ask for a trio and they say NO!!! We end up just getting a drink and leave frustrated. While driving away they are laughing at us. I get back home. The burger is a disgusting mess of ketchup and mayo. Looks so unappetizing. I threw that slop out! Choose another location. This one is garbage.

    This McDonald’s night shift is honestly terrible. Almost every single time I order, something is missing from the bag. On top of that, the wait time is ridiculously long, even when there are barely any cars. It’s supposed to be fast food, not a 20–30 minute wait. It feels like nobody is checking the orders before giving them out. Very frustrating experience. Management really needs to fix the night shift.

    Plus de 15mins pour recevoir ma commande alors qu'il y avait peu de gens qui attendaient à l'intérieur. Il était environ 22h30 donc pas l'heure de "rush du souper".Toutes les poubelles débordaient dans la salle à manger. Les employés ne sont pas polis. Je ne recommande pas ce McDonald's.

    No more smiles nor any expression,maybe they are alien robots. Feels like ordering food in a small African country where quality is no longer a priority.

    Employée du service au volant méprisante et insultante. Je l’avais questionné sur le montant de mon addition. Elle a interprété ça comme si je lui criais après elle. Au micro elle a mentionné à ses collègues en cuisine que le « « monsieur était frustré ». Il était évident que je n’allais pas prendre ma commande et endurer un tel affront. Jj’ai interrompu ma transaction et j’ai quitté. J’ai tenté de rejoindre la succursale plus tard pour mentionner l’incident; pas de réponse, pas de boite vocale. Le site internet ne prend pas les plaintes si on n’a pas un numéro de transaction.
