J'ai envoyé mon frère récupérer la commande avec toutes les preuves nécessaires. L'employé a refusé de lui remettre les articles, insistant pour que je sois présent physiquement, ce qui m'est impossible. De plus, j'ai tenté d'appeler le restaurant pour expliquer la situation, mais le téléphone sonnait dans le vide volontairement. Résultat : commande payée mais jamais reçue. C'est un manque total de considération pour les personnes en situation de handicap. De plus, il communique seulement en anglais.
