I’ve been coming to this location for over three years and I’ve never experienced what I experienced this afternoon. It took nearly 30 minutes from the time I stepped into the “fast food” restaurant until I had my sandwich in hand, which by that point was freezing cold. Cannot express my disappointment enough for the clear lack of training for the employees and attention to detail. Needless to say, I will never be returning to this location again. Steer clear.
