La personne au comptoir nous a parlé sèchement, presque en criant, alors que le restaurant était complètement vide. L’absence de clientèle s’explique d’ailleurs assez bien après coup. Le service à la clientèle laisse véritablement à désirer : aucune courtoisie, aucune attention, aucune volonté de rendre l’expérience agréable. Quant à la nourriture, elle donnait l’impression d’être vieille et loin d’être fraîche. Rien n’invite à revenir. En résumé : très décevant, autant pour l’accueil que pour la qualité des plats. Je ne recommande pas.

I simply asked for my food to be served in a bowl upon paying (something every other branch does) but the waitress refused, was rude and condescending. We even got into an argument over that. She ended up giving me a cheap extra and threw the bowl on the counter out of anger. This is the second time I’ve had a horrible experience here. If you can, avoid this branch. I don’t understand how they’re still open. Go elsewhere, I’d rather drive a bit farther than deal with that again

Le personnel est souriant, sympathique, et ce qui me touche particulièrement, c’est qu’ils me reconnaissent à chaque visite et prennent le temps de me demander des nouvelles de mes deux garçons — un geste simple mais tellement humain. La nourriture est toujours fraîche, bien cuite, et je n’ai jamais eu à attendre longtemps, même aux heures de pointe. Un service rapide sans jamais sacrifier la qualité. Je recommande fortement ce fast-food santé !
