  Mon macpoulet doit passer dans l’huile à plusieurs reprise, en plus la Mayo est dans la boîte avec la salade et non dans le hamburger . C’est fou comment ont paye plus chers pis le service est pitché. :( décevant

  Not customer oriented. It seems that the only goal of the business is to make money and not care about the experience customers get. There used to be newspapers available but now you have to give $3 in cash to get a newspaper and get the money back when you return it. Well, I don't carry cash with me anymore and I offered to pay using a debit card or leave my driver's license. I was told that nothing can be done and only cash is accepted. I was really annoyed as I planned to read the sunday newspaper while having lunch. I am wondering if the manager gave it really a thought before introducing this new rule. I was told that some people stole the newspaper and some had a fight about it. I don't understand why all the customers have to pay for somebody's else wrong doing. Besides, the newspapers are thrown away by the end of the day so no money lost really but a lot of unhappy customers. I think that the manager should reconsider this new rule or think about ways to accomodate customers with no cash unless he doesn't care about customers at all.

  J’ai commandé un trio mcmuffin et un joyeux festin crepes, Les patates sentent la vieille huile et gouttent vrm pas bon je vais avertir la gerante et on me Repond que l’huile a été filtrée je lui dit ouais mais faut pas juste la filtrer faut la changer aussi, elle me retorque que l’huile est changer tout les 9 jours… 9 jours really? Un mcdo sa roule En ta pis 9 jours cest ben trop long. Cest vraiment degueulasse. Mcdo du walmart a st-jean-sur-richelieu. J’ai eu droit a un remboursement pour les 2 patates mais quand même sa reste ultra degueu.

  Je me suis fait dire par la commis qu'il.ne prenait pas les billets de 50$...ma commande était de 49$ et quelques. La première fois de ma vie que je me fais refusé un 50$. Vraiment étrange.
