Pire encore, ils se lancent des insultes et crient dans le restaurant devant les clients, ce qui est très irrespectueux et dérangeant. La nourriture était correcte, mais mon amie avait commandé un poulet croustillant deluxe et on lui a donné un poulet grillé à la place. Quand on a demandé de corriger, ils ont simplement enlevé le morceau de poulet pour en remettre un autre dans le même burger, au lieu de refaire la commande comme il faut. Franchement, ça ne donne pas envie de revenir. —————————————————————————— I went to the McDonald’s in St-Eustache and honestly the experience was very disappointing. The employees spend more time chatting with each other than actually working, sometimes two or even three people doing one task. Even worse, they were shouting and using insults in front of customers, which is extremely unprofessional. The food itself was fine, but my friend ordered a Crispy Chicken Deluxe and was given a Grilled Chicken instead. When we asked for it to be fixed, they simply removed the chicken and replaced it with the other one, instead of remaking the burger properly. This really doesn’t make me want to come back.
