- EAElham AnsariAug 16, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience at Thai Express in Promenades St-Bruno. They served my hot food in a plastic container, even though I noticed that customers before and after me received proper dishes. When I asked to change it, they refused. I then requested a plate, but the cashier threw two dirty plates on the table with unwashed hands. This is unacceptable in terms of hygiene, food safety, and customer service. I will not return and do not recommend this location.

He acted annoyed and bothered when we politely asked for glasses of water, which is basic courtesy in any restaurant. His attitude made the whole experience uncomfortable. Would not recommend based on the service alone.

Il y a même pas une once de sel, soya sans saveur, rien d’un Pad Sew thaïlandais comme tous les autres restaurants Thaï Express qui sont excellents. Je comprends maintenant pourquoi ce n’est jamais achalandé. Allez chez le restaurant voisin de gauche.
