  I ordered a large beef burrito with a lime Jarritos. The meat in the burrito was way too salty, and because of it, I had no choice but to eat the rest of the burrito except the beef (rice, beans, vegetables, etc.). I ended up eating it with a fork, which destroy the purpose of a burrito. The day after, I got stomach flu, luckily I recovered quickly. Nevertheless, the service i received was a complete joke; the guy asked me if i wanted him to open the bottle of lime Jarritos, I answered no, but then another guy opened the bottle, that tells me there’s a lack of communication between employees, because I specifically answered NO. I bought another drink from another place and I wanted to keep the Jarritos for later. Another issue; another customer ordered for some cookies, that customer was a girl, and the employee was a guy, I moved in front of the cash register to pay, because I ordered before that girl, obviously I was there first, but then the guy say to me “move”, I got offended, I was there first, but no, the guy wanted to chitchat with that girl, he even smiled at her, the guy was serious with me, he was bland. Look, I understand you want to serve her first because she only ordered cookies and it’ll be quicker, but I WAS THERE FIRST. Honestly, if this is how you treat your customers, prioritizing female customers than male customers, you could’ve at least put a sign that says “Ladies first, free compliments. Gentlemen last, we charge extra if eye contact made.”, that’s pathetic. Don’t give me the “ladies first” excuse, have some dignity, treat every customer with respect and generosity. That salty and sketchy meat, the fact that I didn’t wanted my Jarritos to be opened and specifically said no, that i was less prioritized just because the employee tried to make a girlfriend while working, and not to forget, i got sick eating a burrito, are the reasons my experience eating there was genuinely depressing. Paying $19.49 was not worth it. It was a waste of time and absolutely unnecessary. Speaking for myself, I will never go back to eat there ever again.

  Mercredi 1er octobre, 19h00. Un employé prépare les tacos de ma femme enceinte… avec un seul gant. Je lui demande pourquoi. Il me répond, en me montrant son doigt sans gant, qu’il est blessé et que le gant décolle son pansement. À noter : le pansement était déjà imbibé de sang. Il demande donc à une autre employée de prendre le relais. Mais au lieu de recommencer avec de nouveaux tacos, elle reprend ceux déjà touchés avec les mains souillées de son collègue. Quand nous insistons pour qu’elle en utilise des neufs, elle répond simplement : « Pourquoi ? » À ce moment-là, nous avons quitté le restaurant. Expérience extrêmement gênante, manque total d’hygiène et de professionnalisme.

  DÉCEVANT/ ridicule. Je suis allée avec ma mère le 19 septembre. Les burritos (10$) étaient énormes mais j’ai un penchant pour les quesadillas, (13$). Ce que j’ai pris, j’ai j’ai remarqué qu’il n’y avait AUCUNS légumes et pratiquement aucune viande, pour 3$ de plus?? Que le burrito qui contient tous les autres condiments. Les travailleurs ne parlaient pas français, pas UN MOT, quand je mentionnais que j’aimerais avoir des légumes elles me disaient que le prix était pour plus de fromage, aucun rapport. Bref, c’est décevant de payer 16$ pour un tortilla avec un peu de bœuf et du fromage, surtout quand ils ne voulaient pas que j’ajoute d’autre ingrédients. Je suis allé acheter un burger juste après. (C’était délicieux par contre comme collation, une étoile pour ça!)

  Jolokia burrito is 1000/10, good spicy salsa and a super nice service, served with a big smile and eaten with one. I recommend!!!
