Pour le pain et la viande, il avait bien mis ses gants, mais pendant que le pain cuisait, il est allé à l’arrière. En revenant, il ne s’est pas lavé les mains et n’a remis qu’un seul gant sur deux. Sur le moment, je me suis dit que ça semblait correct, mais après coup, je me suis demandé à quoi il avait pu toucher à l’arrière — surtout qu’à peine dix secondes plus tard, il manipulait un sac à vidanges.
