However, my daughter realized—after eating most of her burger—that it was missing the three pieces of bacon she had added (at $1.50 per piece). When she went to the counter to let them know about the mistake, they simply gave her the three missing pieces of bacon. We understand that mistakes can happen, but we were disappointed overall. When customers pay extra for add-ons, it’s important that the order is prepared accurately the first time. We hope they’ll take a little extra care with special requests in the future.

Quand on a finalement eu notre repas, on a remarqué que notre commande était a moitié correcte, on nous a chargé pour des choses qu’on avait pas commandé. Sans parler de la qualité de la nourriture! Mes mc pops étaient sec et avaient du moisi dedans, le burger de mon mari était sec a l’exterieur et mouillé a l’intérieur et les frites etaient molles et goutaient vraiment degeulasse. Sur ce, on reviendra probablement pas ici, c’est la 4e fois qu’on y va et on est très déçu. Si je pouvais je metterais 0 etoile.

When I ordered a red fruitopia, I was handed a half filled drink with a hint of red fruitpia, but 95% water. Asked for extra gravy, literally got none.
