La personne qui travaillait ce jour-là ne s’est même pas présentée au comptoir après plus de cinq minutes d’attente, ce qui m’a semblé tout à fait inacceptable. De plus, le service était désorganisé et donnait l’impression que les clients n’étaient pas une priorité. Une meilleure gestion du personnel ainsi qu’un accueil plus professionnel seraient grandement appréciés. C’est regrettable, car l’ambiance de l’endroit est correcte et la nourriture est généralement satisfaisante. Toutefois, la qualité du service demeure un élément essentiel de l’expérience globale. J’espère sincèrement que des améliorations seront apportées.
