Chaque fois que je n’ai pas laissé de pourboire, mes sandwichs 12 pouces ont été rendus immangeables par une quantité excessive et injustifiée de poivre noir. Je précise clairement que le poivre noir n’a jamais été sélectionné comme ingrédient dans aucune de mes commandes. Il est extrêmement difficile de croire qu’il s’agisse d’une simple erreur, surtout lorsque cela se produit deux fois de suite, sur quatre sandwichs 12 pouces, avec exactement le même “problème du poivre noir”. Tout porte à croire qu’il s’agit d’une pratique volontaire et punitive, ce qui est non professionnel et totalement inacceptable. Pour ma part, la confiance est définitivement rompue. Je ne commanderai plus jamais dans ce magasin et je le déconseille fortement à toute personne qui s’attend à un minimum de professionnalisme et d’éthique.
