En arrivant en succursale pour récupérer ma commande, je demande poliment des sauces à part. Le jeune homme identifier comme « assistant » avec un air arrogant me dit qu’il peut seulement me faire une sauce rien d’autre à cause que j’ai « pas puncher » mes sauces. Pour avoir travailler plus de 3 ans pour Subway, chez vous, les sauces sont illimitées, et une description d’article, dans une commande, ne va pas faire balancer votre inventaire pour les demandes de sauces. J’ai rarement vu en 8 ans d’expérience, un employé être arrogant et peu serviable. Pire expérience client. Surtout que les sauces sortent pas de ses poches.
