The guy tore my bread so carelessly that there was a massive hole on one side and it fell apart while eating. He saw it tear and didnt care. The cheese was also poorly spread and some bits had no cheese. Normally the workers make it nice! They also seem to have gotten really cheap by putting minimal amounts of meat/cheese.

The server gave only a few small pieces of chicken and very little rice, wasn’t even half of the normal portion. For a meal that cost $15, this portion was completely unacceptable. I expect fair and consistent servings, especially at this price point. I hope management reviews portion control and staff training, because this experience did not reflect good value or customer satisfaction.
