For starters I placed an order directly through the app. Went to pick my order up and she tells it’s fraud, when I show her proof of payment + even gave her my credit card to confirm with the receipt. She claims it’s her manager that stated it was fraudulent and when I ask her if she can call him or give him my number so we can speak. All of a sudden it’s no longer stated as fraud??? This business is 100% running a scam. Even worse, she completely forgot to put my sub in the toaster. So I’m eating a cold sub that I just wasted my money on. Never again, I should’ve listened to the other reviews

Instead of focusing on quality, they try to save money at the customer’s expense. Either bring back the proper quality of Subway, or just close the doors. Definitely not worth supporting. IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO RUN A BUSINESS DO NOT OPEN ONE!
