The service was slow, and my sandwich was poorly made. They only put three black olives in my sandwich, which is unacceptable for something I paid full price for. On top of that, I was charged more than expected without a clear explanation. The ingredients didn’t taste fresh either. The place was also dirty — the tables were not cleaned, and the floor looked messy. Overall, this visit did not meet expectations. I hope management takes steps to improve customer service, pricing transparency, cleanliness, and food quality

For starters I placed an order directly through the app. Went to pick my order up and she tells it’s fraud, when I show her proof of payment + even gave her my credit card to confirm with the receipt. She claims it’s her manager that stated it was fraudulent and when I ask her if she can call him or give him my number so we can speak. All of a sudden it’s no longer stated as fraud??? This business is 100% running a scam. Even worse, she completely forgot to put my sub in the toaster. So I’m eating a cold sub that I just wasted my money on. Never again, I should’ve listened to the other reviews
