  Had a ride to catch after ordering, but the machine didnt give a receipt. AND it never entered their system, so they never made it. AND no one at the counter would even look at me. Avoid at all costs, or just drive to a better restaurant. Wasted my money.

  Franchement, McDonald’s m’a offert l’une des pires expériences de restauration que j’ai eues depuis longtemps. Le service était d’une lenteur incompréhensible, même avec très peu de clients. Les employés semblaient complètement désorganisés, peu motivés et pas du tout attentifs à ce qu’ils faisaient. La commande est arrivée froide, mal préparée, et clairement faite sans aucun souci de qualité. On a l’impression que personne ne vérifie rien avant de servir. L’ambiance générale donnait plus envie de partir que de manger. Pour une chaîne qui prétend offrir un service rapide et constant, c’est un échec total. Je ne recommande absolument pas cette McDonald's

  I go in the morning, for a coffee and the doors are locked and I am told use the drive through we are understaffed if no car come back at 7am, this is a very frequent Saturday and Sunday situation, I suggest that the managers become proactive or switch the opening times on Google to 7am on weekends, this very frustrating and unacceptable. Also a few times on a Sunday there would be no one to be scene and people in cars driving away frustrated.

  I had a very good snack. Even though the province speaks French, everyone here understands English very well. Also, if you want to place an order through the self-service kiosk, you can choose English there as well. It’s clean and very tasty. The staff are friendly. 😊 I forgot to mention that there is also a play area for children where they can play, with slides they can go down. Also, you can refill your drinks here. 😊
