    WORST curbside pickup ever…we waited sooooo long for our order and no one was coming out with our food so I called them for an update and they said “we’ll start making it now” like…its been 30 minutes and you’re just starting now? and they didn’t even fill my LARGE ice coffee and the icecream was everywhere.

    Pour les boissons froides, il y a des couverts sur les verres avec un bec comme au Tim et on évite les pailles en carton. Dommage j'avais oublier mes pailles lavable

    Hello, I had a very disappointing experience at your drive-thru. We ordered blueberry and cream pies, but after waiting 15 minutes, we were given apple pies instead, which was incorrect. In addition, the fries we received were hard and tasted old, not fresh at all. Overall, we waited around 30 minutes for our order, which is unacceptable for a drive-thru service, especially considering the mistakes and food quality.

    I had a very frustrating experience at the drive-thru after I paid for my order ,the staff gave me the wrong items I went back through the drive-thru line again to let them know the order was incorrect the same cashier who took my order seemed confused and said she couldn’t find my order in the system,she called the manager and I showed the manager my payment and explained what I had ordered .however the manager kept insisting that my order wasn’t in the system and acted like she didn’t believe me ,then the cashier took my order again and asked to pay a second time , which I refused because I had already paid the manager came back and started arguing with me instead of trying to resolve the situation both of them were rude and unprofessional, I stayed there until the finally gave me the order I had already paid for . Overall the customer service was very disappointing and the situation was handled very poorly This happened at 11:30 pm 13 march 2026
